The MBA programme is designed to promote independence and initiative by encouraging participants to work their way through projects under faculty supervision. Learning is driven by a number of separate but integrated learning units, which include assignments and projects.

Students are encouraged to make full use of resources available on the internet and to develop research skills in finding published information and in the analysis of this material. Such skills are invaluable in helping our graduates adapt to the inevitable changes and developments in management decision making.

The course aims to develop interpersonal skills and generic theory and to practise transferable skills as well as subject specific knowledge in a range of Business and Management fields.

Students gain two qualifications at the end of this programme, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management from STM and MBA degree from UEL (University of East London).

On successful completion of semesters 1 & 2, students will be awarded a postgraduate diploma from STM. Students will then proceed to the final semester of the MBA programme which will be conducted at the UEL campus in East London.
