Course overview
This 4-hour virtual instructor-led course is intended for people who have taken ITIL Practitioner Agree and Define (v2) and would like to extend their knowledge of how IPAD content fits into the context of ITIL v3.

Completion of course HE632S ITIL Practitioner Agree and Define
