Course overview
This 4-hour virtual instructor-led course is intended for people who have taken ITIL Practitioner Release and Control (v2) and would like to extend their knowledge of how IPRC content fits into the context of ITIL v3.

Completion of course UA576S ITIL Practitioner Release and Control
