Introduction to Simulation
- Normally delivered over 3 races, the simulation is designed to introduce key components of project management through game dynamics. Project Delivery improves through the successful application of PM tools and techniques allowing the group to deliver projects of increasing complexity and interdependency. The software development cycle is central to the activity and participants are exposed to all process groups [initiation, planning, execution, control and closure].
