This 5-day accelerated course is geared toward participants who seek to kick-start their preparations for the PMP® exam. Focus on the five PMBOK® Guide processes and the nine knowledge areas, as well as the critical topic of professional responsibility. Discover key concepts to apply as you manage projects. Formal project management training such as that available in the Project Management Fundamentals (HC577S) course plus other core project management courses
