This course covers the configuration, use and troubleshooting of the HP Global Workload Manager (gWLM). Planning, provisioning and 'best practices' are also included. This course is 60% lecture and 40% lab time.

This is a very fast paced and intensive one-day hands-on course. It assumes student has a solid working knowledge of Work Load Manager and Resource Manager concepts -per course prerequisites outlined below.

- HP-UX System Administration I (H3064S) or equivalent HP-UX administration experience
- Strongly recommend (U5447S) course or equivalent working knowledge of WLM/PRM concepts.
- Appreciation of HP Virtual Server Environment and HP VSE Overview
