Course overview
This 4-hour virtual instructor-led course is intended for people who have taken ITIL Practitioner Plan and Improve (v2) and would like to extend their knowledge of how IPPI content fits into the context of ITIL v3.

Completion of course HF536S ITIL Practitioner Plan and Improve

Students who have taken ITIL Practitioner Plan and Improve (IPPI) training.
